By accessing or using PGYatra, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any related policies that apply to the service.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You may use PGYatra only for lawful PG, rental, hostel, or accommodation management operations. You agree not to use the service for fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of information you enter into the platform.
4. Customer data responsibility
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the tenant, PG, and operational data you upload or manage through PGYatra.
5. No payment processing
PGYatra is not a payment gateway, banking service, or money transmission platform. PGYatra does not collect tenant UPI IDs for rent payments and does not process rent transactions within the app or website.
6. Communications
PGYatra may provide features that help owners prepare, record, or manage communications. Owners remain responsible for ensuring their communications comply with applicable law and platform rules.
7. Availability and updates
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain quality, security, or compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
8. Intellectual property
PGYatra, including its branding, website, software, layout, and content created by us, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as permitted by law.
9. Third-party services
PGYatra may rely on third-party infrastructure, hosting, analytics, messaging, or distribution partners. Their availability and behavior may affect parts of the service.
10. Disclaimer
PGYatra is provided on an as-available and as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PGYatra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that harms the platform, users, or third parties.
13. Governing use
Use of the service is intended for users operating in compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations in their jurisdiction.
